* Radiologists in training must send or fax a letter from their head of department confirming their status as a resident within 7 days of completed online registration. In case this confirmation is not received, the registration fee will be automatically adjusted to a regular fee. The age limit for a registration as a Resident is set at 35 years.
Registration fees include access to all sessions, a congress bag, welcome reception, access to EPOS TM and the final programme.
Accompanying person fee includes admittance to the Opening Ceremony and the Welcome Reception.
Please note all prices are listed in Euro (€). The early registration fees are only applicable if the regsitration and full payment is received by the Central ESTI Office by March 29, 2010.
The "Member registration fee" is only applicable for members in good standing. In order to qualify for the "Member registration fee" for the Annual Meeting 2010, new membership applications must be received by the ESTI Office by February 1, 2010.

Regsitration fees transferred to the congress account later than May 10, 2010 might not be considered as they probably will not be received in time. Only registrations accompanied by full payment can be considered complete.
Method of Payment
Registration fees are to be paid in Euro (€) by:
- Bank Transfer
- Credit Card (Visa or Eurocard / Mastercard)
Cancellation of Congress Registration
- In case of cancellation before April 30, 2010 your registration fee less an administrative fee of € 50.00 will be refunded. All refunds will be made after the meeting.
- In case of cancellation after April 30, 2010 no refund of your registration fee can be made.
- All cancellations have to be made in writing (e-mail, fax or letter) to the ESTI Office and confirmed.
Name changes will be handled as a cancellation and new registration.
Additional Information
Upon completion of your online registration your confirmation can be downloaded and printed from the Registration Service Area on the ESTI website. As soon as payment is credited to our account your Confirmation of Payment will be generated automatically and is available in the same area. Please allow two to three weeks for credit card payments to be processed.
Certificate of Attendance
The Certificate of Attendance will be available online in the Registration Service Area immediately after the congress.
